Walling® Flower Girl™
A compact, lightly suckering small
shrub (15 - 25cm x 25 - 40cm) with tightly set tiny rounded leaves. Creamy ‘bouquet’ flowers open
from pink buds, making a lovely combination of colour from spring to summer. Flowers
attract butterflies and dainty harmless native bees. Will grow in cool
temperate to sub tropical climates, in sand or open well drained loam, neutral to acid pH. Full sun
or light shade is suitable, will tolerate moderate frost, and is fine for second line coastal areas.

Uses:
Edging pathways as a border or randomly amongst other cottage garden plants; a dainty container
plant for courtyard or patio decoration.

Maintenance:
minimal, requiring only regular tip pruning to promote new dense growth. Feed with low phosphorus
fertilizer in spring or late summer. If container grown, keep moist but do not over water.

Edna Walling Flower Girl is designed
for cottage gardens, containers and raised garden beds, is long flowering and easy to grow.
