Correa Tucker Time® Multi Bella™
A dense
multi-flowering shrub (40 - 60cm high x 35 - 40cm wide) with
clusters of nectar rich pink and green-tipped bell flowers in
autumn, winter and spring. These are displayed en masse both
outside and inside the canopy of soft grey green leaves,
proving irresistible to honey-eating birds.
It grows well in full sun or light shade in cool temperate and
semi arid climates, in well drained to dry clay loam or sand,
neutral to moderately acid or alkaline pH. Will tolerate
coastal situations and is moderately frost hardy.
Uses: whilst it makes a beautiful addition to mixed
plantings in gardens of all sizes, it is as specimen growing
in an ornate pot, on balcony or patio, that its qualities are
best appreciated. Throughout its long flowering period, it
should be placed in a position where the visiting honey-eaters
can be observed at all times.
Maintenance: A light tip prune in late spring will
initiate new growth and bud set for following seasons. Feed in
early spring or late summer with low phosphorus controlled
release fertilizer. If grown in container, use best quality
potting medium and do not overwater.
